Returns.

You may return products that are not good, or damaged, within 14 days, of course.
A return will only be processed with a fully completed return form (see below)

We cannot return cartridges for hygienic reasons.

For other products, if in original packaging and unused, return within 14 days.

Any returned product that is not in the same condition as shipped may be subject to a 10% repackaging surcharge or in some cases refused altogether.

In case your product is refused for a return, you will be asked if you will come to pick up your product yourself or we will send you a payment link for the remaining cost of returning your package.

• Notification of damage or vice must be made within 14 days of receipt.
• All returns must be shipped insured and traceable.
• Products must be in unused condition as you received them and in their original box and packaging.
• We may also ask for photos of the damage before arranging a refund or replacement.
• We may also ask you to return the products before we arrange a refund or replacement.
